These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Futures Academy Rusapewebsite (the “Site”), operated by Futures Academy Rusape (“we”, “us”). By browsing the Site or submitting an application through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee admission. All applications are subject to review, available places, and the School's admission criteria.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted with an application are accurate, complete, and up to date. Applications containing false or misleading information may be rejected, and any offer of a place based on such information may be withdrawn.

By submitting an application, the guardian confirms they are authorised to act on behalf of the student and agree to the admissions declaration and fee commitment presented at the point of submission — including that school fees are determined and subject to review by School Authorities.

The Site includes an automated chat assistant that provides general information about Futures Academy. Responses are generated automatically and are provided for convenience only — they do not constitute an official communication, offer, or guarantee from the School. For admissions decisions, fees, or any matter requiring certainty, please contact our admissions office directly.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Futures Academy Rusape and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as maps or WhatsApp) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of any content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
